  • Official acceptance of your order will occur when the product(s) are dispatched from our facility.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is an issue with payment, stock availability, or if incorrect details were provided.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible across Pakistan and internationally. However, please note:

  • Standard delivery times apply, but may vary based on location and courier availability. 
  • Delays may occur due to external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, customs). 
  • Nyana Store is not liable for delays beyond our control but will do everything possible to resolve issues promptly.

4. Payment & Order Processing

Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan):

  • Customers can place orders with Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Please confirm your order when contacted; unconfirmed orders may be canceled.

International Orders:

  • Payments must be made via bank transfer.
  • Orders are held for 36 hours post-confirmation. If payment is not received within this period, product availability may change. 
  • If a product is out of stock, we will offer an alternative of equal value or a refund.

5. Product Availability

We strive to maintain accurate stock levels. However:

  • Products may sell out quickly during promotions or high-demand periods. 
  • If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to suggest an alternative or issue a refund. 
  • Nyana Store is not responsible for availability if payment is delayed beyond 36 hours.

6. Cancellations & Non-Confirmations

  • Orders not confirmed via email or phone within a reasonable time frame may be automatically canceled without notice. 
  • For international customers, order processing begins only after full payment is received.
