If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges on eligible items under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange
  2. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
    • Must be returned within 5 days of purchase with the original receipt and product tags intact.
  3. Exclusions
    • No exchange, refund, or claims will be accepted on discounted items, clearance sale items, or special promotions.
    • If an item bought at full price later goes on sale, it will only be exchanged at the discounted price.
  4. Pricing & Taxes
    • All prices on nyanastore.com are fixed and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  5. Refunds
    • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned product in original condition.
    • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the case.
  6. Product Care
    • Please refer to the care label inside each garment for washing and maintenance instructions. Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect washing will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Free return shipping applies if:

  • The item was damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong product was sent to you

In all other cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation Policy

Nyana Store reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product(s) are out of stock
  • Payment was declined or not completed
  • Shipping address is inaccurate or unverifiable
  • Customer did not respond to order confirmation via call/email

If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately via phone or email.
