✅ Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if the following conditions are met:
- Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Products must be returned within 5 days of purchase.
- Original receipt and product tags are required for all exchanges.
- Exclusions
- No exchanges, refunds, or claims are accepted on discounted items or those purchased during Clearance Sales.
- If an item purchased at full price goes on sale later, it will be exchanged at the new discounted price, not the original purchase price.
- Pricing Policy
- All prices listed on nyanastore.com are fixed and inclusive of applicable taxes.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable under approved cases.
- A refund will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned item in original condition.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable.

Free Return Shipping Applies If:

- An incorrect product was delivered.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
